When I breath I can have impressions coming to me by my senses. These impressions I can accept or reject. I can act on the possession to the new acquired sense or I can neglect it and focus on something else I can put my attention of muscles to. Cause in the end, every impression acquired is direction of muscle use by nerves.
Conceptual any asset I accept or reject, including a service from a third party, gives me the quest of attention to pay. If I use my banking card, I accept the services of the bank and the small letters accompanying the legal rules I have to obey. If I use a transport, same issue, I accept the legal rules from starting point to delivering point. If I use a phone, same issue. If I use a post(stamp), same issue. And so on. Mostly the environment rules are related to laws directed by a specific government, responsible for your birthplace.
It should be clear that the mind absorbing all these rules needs education. Education starts with the first imprints of the senses after birth, hopefully healthy eyes. Later on steps are learned to make and while the spine grows along the view gets wider and wider in-between learning to label all imprints of the senses with words used by others in the neighbourhood. Beside mindset growth of all these words in their context, rules to conduct a DIALOGUE should also be learned. Eg I learned in my childhood a very clear border about what is mine and what is not.
It should be clear that mature and educated minds take care for those who don’t have the right conceptual context yet. Used words in dialogue are related to one or more persons imprinting the related neighbourhood, jargon in most cases due to specific environments using the words. Eg a book title, a class room, a computerscreen, or when more and more maturing more diverse logistic places like pubs, praying places or nature or…
In these minds memories (to remember facts in their context) stack, supported by chemicals exchange in brains. The quality of retrieval of these memories are related to age. Young age, less memories and very eager to learn easily in most cases. Growing older more problems with short term memories stacking for long term use. People at high age more and more sticking to remembrances related to their youth with the related environment. Less and less ability to adapt to changes that requires new muscle steering attention, eg difficult to learn how to have a dialogue with #tech that wasn’t there before.
Adapting to change is an important thing humans can do by redirecting the focus of their minds. Changes in the mind are easily made, and can give easily non realistic imprints. Eg chemicals like alcohol, medication or drugs gives less realistic mind output. The ability of the mind to follow the rules to obey orderly diminishes. Eg the antipsychotica I still use a little gives less possibilities in reaction speed by delaying the time imprints to be stored in the mind and also prevent associations in-between all stored mind input. Handy when I have an overload of mindsets to share in DIALOGUE. Instead of being restricted by chemicals I prefer a learning traject to deal with less speedy brains.
Less realistic imprints are normal and it should be a continuously challenge of a person to find out which imprints are shared with which communal neighbours in which DIALOGUE in which context. Including interperson dialogue, maybe a dream, talking to oneself or writing memories whether or not by digital means. Eg persons of very high age can think of never ending lives while dying in the mean time. Persons of very young age can think of possibilities that are not evaluated in a mature way on danger and pose security risks. Differences in public spaces requires attention, eg different use of transport vehicles. A baby doesn’t walk yet and a pensioner drives different in a car than an adolescent.
Giving these accept or reject possibilities to reflect on in changing environments, eg there were new #tech had come in or where different rules needs to be obeyed, the education of people is at stake. Eg which language (words) are used in which (governing) context. There are neighbourhoods where mature minds compete about their imprints since childhood. Eg me and my neighbours share a totally different religious background. Still we have a DIALOGUE in small talk and respect for each other. But really sharing of family VALUES is out of question, especially for the persons of high age. As my family lives not in my neighbourhood and theirs does I am the foreigner in sharing their childhood environment. With regard to the grandchildren (who know me since their birth) there is less friction in sharing cause they adapt easily to the changes in our backgrounds, they simply don’t know anything else than me as a trusted person as part of their neighbourhood. So in case neighbouring governments have frictions, I think it is important to look at demographics to adapt to learning ability in relation the introduction of new rules, eg trade or transport laws or other to moving mind imprint related laws. Of course rules that makes simple order in mindsets are earlier trusted and therefore preferred above rules that give more complexity to handle.
As I like to challenge myself (and my mind) not to infringe on other persons to the max while delivering communal value to the max I hereby hope to give value to governments breaking their heads about sharing #soils by different kind of people they FEEL responsible for. I can assure you, any rule that is complex gives friction in adaption and needs incubation time. Politics is a slow moving mammoth tanker that needs enough time using the brakes before landing in a safe harbour. Special attention is needed for memories where I prefer a development to an ever growing defragmented environment on #Earth, also called globalisation while taking care for a circulair (waste of) goods management economy minimising peoples footprint on #Earth.
Only I prefer the slow human DIALOGUE adaption way of a multipolar world where every government should feel free to broaden its authenticity without infringement on their neighbours while learning from other cultures to the max. In an ever growing interconnected world, eg by using #tech, sharing of VALUES should give LOCAL people the ability to ACCEPT or REJECT complexity of rules by election CHOICES given to them. If in REALITY the complex rules don’t fit possibilities to obey, I think new CHOICES should be created and given by next DIALOGUE (whether or not by allowing peaceful demonstration) and regularly by elections to show MATURITY OF GOVERNING in guiding and respecting peoples discipline.
Wish you all well reflecting on this page. Hope you have fruitful DIALOGUE in multidisciplinary teams, both feet on the ground for REALISTIC interaction with hopefully peaceful disciplined civilians of all age. And if complex words don’t land in safe harbour, don’t forget to spend enough time on simple words, eg small talk to understand ‘wat voor vlees je in de kuip hebt’.
